Most equipment featured by PTS is offered for rent on a 4hr, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. However, some items may require a minimum rental term of one day or one week or more.

We have different rates for weekends so please ask our sales staff about the discounts you can receive when rented on certain days and times. You will be charged for holidays that we are closed on.

PTS Rentals conducts business on both a cash and credit account basis. Customers not holding a credit account will be required to pay in advance for the rental and any supply items purchased. Additional deposits may will be required, depending on the type of equipment rented. A drivers license will be required from all non-credit account customers. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, or major credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa, and customers who rent on a frequent basis may be eligible for a credit account. To apply, please speak to the manager.

We are constantly increasing our inventory. If you do not see an item listed that you are interested in renting, please call us. Our purchases are based on customer demand, so if we are not currently carrying the right equipment for your jobs – let us know. If you need it, we want to rent it!

Responsibility for the equipment remains with the customer from the time the rental equipment leaves the store until the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and is protected from the weather as appropriate.

Equipment must be returned during our store hours. We have no facilities to accept after-hours drop off of equipment. Rented equipment is the customer’s responsibility until it has been checked back into the store. A check-in receipt from the counter terminates the rental.

While we provide the best in preventative maintenance for our equipment, problems do occur. Please notify us promptly in the event problems develop. Prompt notification permits us to adjust charges, issue rainchecks, or switch equipment with you. Many times the solution is simple and can be solved right over the phone.

Customers – please remember, we do charge for all time out, not the time you are using the equipment. If the equipment is not in the store, we can’t rent it. Customers are responsible for all charges at the point of rental. We will endeavor to assist you in selecting the proper equipment for your job, however we make no guarantee that the equipment you rent is the equipment you needed.
